Driver upadting

Hello how are you, I tell my case, excuse the English but I am putting the text in the translator.
I thought that I should update the drivers of my device which is asus and has AMD Ryzen 7 4800H with Radeon Graphics, 2901 Mhz, 8 main processors, 16 logical processors
I saw the ones available to those on your page and I got the adrenalin, I installed the most recent adrenalin and when it was installed, my device got slow between looking at the device manager and my pc did not recognize my amd or my nvidia card, to give it Solution why I panicked, I installed windows 11 because I had 10 and upgraded to 11 by myself, an amd driver was installed this verison 30.0.13002.19003 , I want to open the radeon software to configure my games but I get this error? What I can do? }

You first need to stop Windows Update from automatically installing drivers in your laptop.

This Eleven Forums shows how to do it with all versions of Windows: elevenforum- enable-or-disable-include-drivers-with-windows-updates-in-windows-11.2232/

Also since you have a AMD APU Processor with Integrated Graphics and a Nvidia GPU card there might be a conflict between the AMD and Nvidia VGA drivers.

You should go to your Laptop Support download page and download both their OEM AMD and Nvidia VGA drivers which are made to work with each other and are 100% compatible  and install it. If both are newer than a year I would keep those instead of updating the AMD or Nvidia VGA drivers.

Unless a game or app asks for a newer VGA driver than the one your Laptop OEM AMD & Nvidia VGA driver has installed.
