Driver timeout 7900xtx on Spider-Man Remastered

I’m on 23.1.2 here and Spider-Man Remastered seems to cause a driver timeout regularly during transitions between cut scenes and gameplay. 

i couldn’t start the game until I turned ray tracing off. 

Otherwise I’ve had a timeout during pvp in Destiny 2. 

Anyone else experiencing this?

I have it on the super mirror-y museum floor playing as MJ. Just keeps crashing. Just before the screen freezes the fans ramp up and after a minute or so the driver restarts and boots me to desktop.

I lowered graphics, turned features on and off on the driver as well as disabling freesync on my monitor. Disconnected extra monitors, checked my filesystem, re-installed drivers. Never had RT on though.

That's on 23.7.2

Edit: I did manage to work around it. Just set the Performance Tuning from Default to Quiet.
