Go into Radeon Settings under Notifications and disable Driver Updates to stop the annoying warnings.
Then simply go to AMD Download page and check once in a while to see if there are any newer drivers available to download.
Also when you get that warning check to see if Windows didn't replace your current driver with a older version via Windows update.
