DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE BSOD was noted
usually this is seen with the miniport layer and ntoskrnl.exe. Usually this is not spawned which is all the more reason to question this fault.
Immediately I used DDU and cleaned up. The I installed 20.1.3 using the factory reset option.
