Driver only install AMD Settings

Hi, I bought an old laptop, Dell Inspiron 15 7547 with Core i7 4510U, it has dual GPUs, Intel HD 4400 and AMD Radeon R7 M270. I searched the driver on AMD support page and it showed (Adrenalin 2019 Edition 19.1.1), I install the driver in Windows 10 1803 & 1809 but it only install AMD settings and not the driver. Dell driver page have Version: 15.200.1040.0 ,A01, Release Date: 29 Jul 2015, File Name: Video_Driver_2D1DC_WN32_15.200.1040.0_A01.EXE, it work fine but its AMD Catalyst (pretty old thing). Windows 10 update downloads the M270 driver but install nothing, only install Intel driver.

I wonder if there's any new driver available for my laptop like Crimson ReLive or Adrenalin because I also have very old Asus X53U with Radeon HD6250M and it has Crimson ReLive working driver.

Thanks

Thanks for reply guys. well I just install 19.2.3 and still the same, it only installs AMD settings and not the driver. I also tried 19.2.1 & 19.2.2 and results were the same.

when I install the old driver "Video_Driver_2D1DC_WN32_15.200.1040.0_A01.EXE" is shows that the display driver already installed (after installing 19.xxx) I also see "switchable Graphics" setting in System in all 19.2.3, 19.2.2. 19.2.1

In my Asus X53U laptop when I open the the AMD setting I see "Radeon additional settings" under Preferences and it opens Additional Settings in separate window. I don't know if Adrenaline drivers have that same thing or maybe I'm missing something.

Asus X53U driver images.

The "additional settings" have all been incorporated into the main control panel. It is not seperate anymore.

The Intel graphics must be updated..before..the AMD drivers will install correctly. https://community.amd.com/thread/207699 Use the Intel Automatic driver update > Drivers & Software

Check Dell support for bios/chipset updates.
