Double AMD 3D V-Cache Performance Optimizer Service in Task Manager and some errors in event tracker

Double AMD 3D V-Cache Performance Optimizer Service in Task Manager and some errors in event tracker? Is it a problem?

Hello is it correct to have 2 of those in task manager? It sometimes works weird because one can stop or both can work at the same time. I also getting errors in event tracker, depend on a game i'm playing. This depends if game uses 3d v-cache or not ig, but maybe not only? Sometimes i play a game and one stays as "stopped"(it's "wstrzymano" in my language) like in screenshot, other time both my work at once, sometimes one getting into "performance" mode. Errors happens mostly when both works at the same time i guess.

In errors it shows mostly those 2 errors every few sec i'm in game:
amd3dvcacheUserSvc
evalIsX3dPreferred - Driver IOCTL Failed failed with 203

amd3dvcacheUserSvc
OpenBusInterface - DeviceIoControl Fails failed with 87

Is it possible i installed chipset driver and windows update/motherboard as well somehow separetly? I have Ryzen 7 7800X3D and MSI B650 Tomahawk. Is everything okay like that? Does that mean amd stop one and use the proper one and i should not be worried or it's something different? Is it possible to somehow check if 3D V-Cache works properly or current work when i play?

PS: I know screenshots are in polish language, but errors and other names are the same.

EDIT: It also give me errors now when both process are in "performance mode" or both just working without being stopped. I didn't notice if both worked like that before, but i turned other game and it shows like this. Errors only continue to appear when i play game and it uses 3d vcache i guess.

It also sometimes change which optimizer is "performance" mode for whatever reason or both "just works" whenever i alt tab from game to task manager.

When AMD Chipset Software is uninstalled it only shows one like that with other AMD stuff. When AMD Chipset Software is uninstalled by me from add and remove programs, it only shows one like that with other AMD stuff and errors in event tracker doesn't shows anymore.

The 7800X3D only has one CCD and it has access to all of the 3Dcache.

The 7900X3D/7950X3D processors have two CCDs, only one of which has the extra 3Dcache, and so those chips require the ability to park cores on the second CCD while gaming.

I have 7800X3D and like i wrote i have 2 optimizer processes and one of them is named user service and random numbers/letters after it.

When I uninstall Chipset Software from add and remove programs, only one stays as in last screenshot then errors in event tracker also dissapear. Games seems to work the same with and without manually installed chipset driver, but I need to test it more to see.

I just wonder if people also have 2 processes of that or not and is it fine?

Also in which programs I can see if 3D V-Cache working at the moment when I play a game? Is it somewhere in HWInfo or other program? I have 2nd monitor so I can easly see it when I play in main.
