Doom Eternal Smoke

I noticed the last time I played Doom Eternal, the smoke behind the rockets looks really bad. No other issues just that smoke. It looks like triangles.

There are posts from 2021 in the Steam Discussions section but it seems no one has found a fix.

Everything maxed out, ray tracing off, 1080p.
Ryzen 7 3700X, 32GB RAM 3200Mhz, Gigabyte RX 6800 XT Gaming OC.
