Does anyone know when the cursor issue of arrow becoming dashed line will be fixed?

Does anyone know when the cursor issue of arrow becoming dashed line will be fixed? I understand amdmatt said it would be fixed back in Feb 2017, but I just installed the latest AMD driver package and the issue is still present. Does the cursor bug affect all the AMD GPU range?
