Looking at your APU AMD download page it looks like the driver and its Release Notes are all the same for both Windows 10 & 11.
From your post it sounds like you are going to do a In-Place Windows upgrade which is a great way of upgrading Windows in my opinion.
That way you won't have to spend hours installing all of your 3rd party apps and games again.
Ever since I had Windows 98 I have been doing In-Place Windows upgrades without any issues. A couple of times I did need to do a Clean Windows installation due to a badly corrupted Windows or hardware issues.
So it is a good chance once your upgrade to Windows 11 there wouldn't be any change in the way your AMD Driver works.
