I just wanted to share that with 18.7.1 my Display tab is back!! after three years of (wasted?) bug reports, four different AMD cards, four desktop builds and three different windows versions with dozens of system and driver clean installations. It wasn't announced for 390X, I don't know what changed, but I can finally manually adjust colors and brightness through Radeon settings.
