I have an AMD 5700xt GPU, with 2 monitors. I recently had a problem with my screen going black and it turned back on with only one of the monitors connected, it was an issue with the hdmi port so i bought a display port cable and the monitor worked fine. However, the same issue has happened again and now only 1 of the 3 display ports are functional. Is there any fixes?
