Hi!

I am having AMD E1-6010 with Radeon™ R2 Graphics. It was working properly previously. Few weeks ago I was asked for an update by Microsoft windows which installed the Adneraline version of display driver in my laptop automatically due to which my screen started lagging and I couldn't even jump to my previous version of windows. when I came to your website for help, they told me to download the catalyst manager version 15.7.1 which made my laptop too slow and my laptop doesn't support any previous version of Adrenaline driver! Please help me out with this problem.

hi,

your iGPU is GCN1.1 - so the newest driver should work fine
BUT do you have a dGPU? what is your Laptop?

1. disable Win10 auto-driver-install
2. update Win10 to 20H2
3. reboot and delete C:/AMD
4. run DDU in safe-mode - clean old driver
5a. install 20.12.1 (IF YOU HAVE NO dGPU - only APU)
5b. if you have dGPU = tell us which one ;)
