My laptop has suddenly turned to 64 hertz. It shows 64 hertz instead of 144hz. when I went to device manager it says code 43. and when I try to update it says Windows has encountered a problem while installing. I has tried to update it using AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition but after the restart it does not update. I have all my updates on latest version. Can any one help me. Also my amd software app has also been deleted somehow I am not able to find it.
Also it says my recommended resolution should be 125% instead of 100%
