Today I needed to reinstall WIndows 10, along with all drivers. I use a few different CAD programs, and some have "child" dialog windows that pop up from time to time. These windows used to always open in the same monitor that the main program was running, however following the reinstall, now the dialog windows pop up in one of the other monitors. I have attached a picture showing the problem. There used to be a fix for this with the Desktop Manager through Hydravision, but that is no longer available.

Is there a way to get these windows to open where they should?

Thanks,

Rob

'tenforums.com' may be able to help with that ?

If you drag the app. to the monitor you want it shown on, it should then start on it in future.

I've tried that, it was one of the first things I tried, but the child/dialog windows always open up on the monitor that is considered the main screen, while the actual program opens up in the window where I need it to be.
