I have been obsesively searching this issue im having! I have a 3510 workstation and the graphics worked fine then all of asudden
one day AMD FirePro W5130M GONE!!!...Then got the AMD R9 M360 for a little while, then same thing GONE!!!
So now my workstation went to handling my workload to a slow peice of crap! PLEASE HELP!!
Did you ever figure this out??? I have a Dell Precision Workstation 3510 also then just recently BOOM graphics gone!
Did you ever figure this out??? I also have a Dell Precision Workstation 3510 and last month BOOM!!!...Graphics are gone!!! I been searching all over to find an answer!!! No one seems to want anything to do with this issue! Dell support keeps putting the issue on AMD and AMD keeps putting the issue on Dell support! I am at loss of words as to why this machine still cost over $1000 and they wont tell you of any issues it has! Especially this Dell Precision Workstation 3510. If its an issue both companies cant resolve then tell the Dell community and AMD community to stop buying this machine! But instead it seems to me they just let us figure it out on our oun.
same issue here
i have the same problem and i tried downloading the drivers for the AMD R9 M360 but the software wouldn't download. which resulted in me having to reboot my laptop in safe mode to fix it, after which magically my AMD FirePro W5130M came back. i haven't downloaded the software for it yet tho i will keep y'all updated on what happens after i download the dirvers.
PS: if anyone finds out what the cause is for this then please do let me know.
I somehow got it fixed on my dell precision 3510.
1. After booting up immediately disable intel hd graphics from device manager, this will force the radeon pro graphics to stay on.
2. Download and install radeon pro W5130m graphics driver from dell.
After a restart feel free to re-enable the hd graphics. Worked for me.
I did the same steps but while installing the Radeon pro the screen freez did you have another solution ?
did you find any solution until now or what , becouse i have the same issue
Yes bro found it, I recently had reset windows and also cleared TPM. The graphics card stopped working again. Diagnosed it for 2 entire days, I think I found it tho.
so just mainly download the drivers you feel are important or related to the motherboard. eg. bios, thunderbolt, USB, pcie (from dell website)
Also make sure everything in windows update is done. Also the windows recommended drivers.
1. Download AMD driver cleaner Utility and clear the old drivers the instructions are fairly simple.
2. Install the ISV certified video driver.
Got it to working again.
Nvm the AMD catalyst conrol panel crap is saying display driver problem and the graphics card stops working after downloading the 2020 drivers.
I believe the problem is with the drivers that Dell is providing,
Downloaded the drivers for W5130m and R9 M360 from AMD website
1. Did a driver uninstall with AMD driver cleanup util
2. Downloaded the W5130m but putting the laptop to sleep the GPU still goes away so
express installed the R9 M360.
NB: I have intel HD graphics disabled from device manager
The GPU still goes out after screen timeout or putting the laptop to sleep.
I game on this laptop and fullscreen causes the fps to stay at 4-5 but in windowed or borderless windowed mode the fps is 60+

scroll down and search manually.
Found the right driver I think, since it doubled my fps in Rainbow Six.
Download OutByte Driver Updater
Uninstall the old AMD drivers using DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller)
Let OutByte scan, probably gonna say a lot of drivers are outdated
go to the video section to download the W5130m driver
and in case if you're wondering, yes its free.
