The problem is when I'm playing and recording video it's capture all programs that working on recording time.

I use sometimes Custom Desktop Logo program that add crosshair and it's seen on record. 

Can you make option that allow record only game?

Unfortunately no you can't expect help from AMD developers here. These forums are USER TO USER as explained in the links in the forum headers but easily missed. Many of us wish you could get that kind of help in the forums.

So the help you get here is from experienced other users who may know of solutions or a work around for issues.

I don't use re-live so not sure about your issue.
