Davinci Resolve Encoding hasn't worked since 22.5.1

22.7.1 still has an issue where Resolve won't render using the AMD encoder in neither H264 or H265. H264 crashes the program and H265 renders the video but results in no video output in the rendered file. This has been the case since 22.5.1 and is true for both Davinci Resolve 17.4 and the latest 18.0.1 beta. Problem has been replicable on all RDNA2 cards as far as I know. Please fix @amd .

Problem has been resolved in the latest 22.8.2 driver.

So Im getting a similar issue,

DaVinci Resolve when Hardware acceleration is on wont playback my video, its just solid green.
When I disable Hardware acceleration it plays back the video normally.

Start with the most recent updates since August Last year, every update its still not fixed.
would love to get some help with this
