Hi everyone
i am so upset from my graphic card
many games working well specially prepar3d v4.5 hotfix 2 then after 10 mins working crashes and when i reviewed event viewer in win 10 i found many messages for crashes most of them atidxx64.dll crash and message from prepar3d (dxgi_error_device_hung)
i tried many trials to fix this problem like TdrLevel and put values 0 and sometimes 8 and no way to solve
i removed game and then reinstalled again but unfortunately .. i tried to get latest graphic card drivers till 19.12 and also no way
i format windows and reinstalled again with latest windows update
but after all of that not helped me
i send to prepar3d forum most of them answered trial to get appropriate driver with latest updates
i get old firmware 17.4.2 i found app crash but without atidxx64 message or device hung message
and i stopped researching i get tired and bored to make anything
please try to help me my laptop is new and not acceptable to get good specs then i found like this actions
this forum is the end solution to me .

hdd dish 128 ssd adata
another hdd westen digital 1tb
