I installed Windows 7 and started downloading the programs that I use software. amd software was downloaded, I start and the message is displayed, the amd software program could not start, or something like that. What to do

Is the program you're using definitely compatible with Windows 7..?

Also, especially if a game or 3D. Is Windows 7 fully updated and latest Direct X, GPU drivers. Any additionally required runtime packages etc. are installed.?

Is there any reason you can't get / upgrade to Windows 10..? Win 7 is getting a bit old now and support is starting to drop away from it.

Also have you tried re-downloading / installing etc. depending on how you got the install files..?
