Crash problem in game

Please... Help me. I don't know what else I should do

Hello guys, Please help me. I tried everything, EVERYTHING. I don't know what else to do. Really. Basically, I've assembled a new pc. Here the hardware information:

MOBO: b650 aorus elite ax RAM: CORSAIR Vengeance RGB DDR5 RAM 32GB (2x16GB) 6000MHz CL30 CPU: RYZEN 7800x3d GPU: RX 7800 XT PSU: NZXT C750 (2022) - PA-7G1BB-EU - 750 Watt Gold.

I copied the configuration from this YouTube video: https://youtu.be/UcvWU83FwWE?si=Nvfn7dSVynGTE7eA

With some modification that some guys suggested me on a forum (Tom's hardware).

Basically, I can't play to anything. When I start a game the game freeze or crash directly on the initial loading screen, or in a black screen and the first times I was forced to shut down the pc manually from the physical button, because I was not able to open also the task manager. The first game that I tried was elden ring. I thought ok, it's a problem of elden ring. At the end I solved it for elden ring playing in windowed mod. In that way I was able to play also with high graphics settings. But then the same problem started with all the games, without the possibility to solve it through the windowed mode.

I tried to uninstall drivers with ddu, install again. Same problem. Seems when I unistall the adrenaline software I'm able to play. But when I play for example to Forza Horizon 5 Im not able to play in high graphics settings, but only in ultra low. What the hell is happening?

Hi Shadow22,
Very unfortunate with this happening to a new build.

I'd try :
1. If you have Adrenaline software, check the GPU Max Frequency by enabling "Manual Tuning" then enabling "GPU Tuning" and turning on "Advanced Control".
All this can be found in the "Performance" tab in Adrenaline.
Your "Max Frequency (MHz)" settings should be set to whatever your card manufacturer states on your 7800xt.
Mine defaults to 2900 eventhough my card only supports 2500.

2. Even though its new hardware it could still be faulty. With freezes and such I'd run a memory test over a few hours. If it freezes on a memory test you have faulty hardware.
I'd suggest installing memtest86 on a usb stick and booting from it.
If no errors, try with XMP on or off and see if theres any difference on performance ingame.

3. Install hwinfo and monitor your cpu and gpu temperatures. Are you getting throttled because of high temperatures?
If temperatures on gpu or cpu are close up to 100 degree celcius you might need to check your cooling system or airflow.

4. Did you install a fresh Windows or move an old Windows install into new hardware? If you moved the harddrive, try reinstalling Windows completely (REMEMBER TO BACKUP WHATEVER YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE

Good luck. I know the frustration.
