Crackling Sound after version Adrenalin 22.3.2 Optional

Laptop: HP PAVILION LAPTOP 15-cw1xxx
AMD Ryzen 5 3500U with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx 2.10 GHz
Recent Drivers: 22.11.2

Installing drivers up to Adrenalin 22.3.2 make my audio crackling. Such a shame, cause it really improves my fps. But after TOO MANY YEARS having to restart my audio services it stress me out. I return to 22.3.2 drivers but I'm unable to play some games like bioshock, fornite and valorant.
Plz, I  really need help.

The thing with most laptops, or sometimes prebuilts, is the drivers from AMD don't always work. Most will suggest you download the drivers from the manufacturer of the laptop because those are optimized for that specific hardware configuration. I also suggest using GPEDIT to change the policy that allows Windows Update to install new drivers as they can cause issues. 

The issue is really that the Laptop Manufacturers don't update their drivers as frequently if they choose to update them at all.
