We've been trying to use AMD DASH as a solution to turn on computer remotely, however we cant get it to to work. We can turn off the system, but we just cant turn on the system. If we try a different WOL software, it does work. Are we missing something?
System used: Lenovo Thinkcentre with AMD ryzen pro 3000 series.
AMC management console version: 5.0.0.0779
Not sure if you have already read this from AMD concerning DASH: https://developer.amd.com/tools-for-dmtf-dash/
It has all the latest newest DASH Plugins but I see you do have the latest DASH Plugin version installed.
Try opening a AMD Service Request (Official AMD Support) and see what they recommend: https://www.amd.com/en/support/contact-email-form
Also you can start a new thread at AMD Developer's Forum for Newcomers and see if anyone is familiar with your issue from here: Newcomers Start Here
We funnily enough did that, they said "blame the software" so i mean.
Have you set the BIOS for the network stack?
We have indeed. Again, we can shut down the system. We just cant turn it on.
