-Update drivers clean with AMD tool.  Driver only, no adrenaline
-prevent windows driver updates
-Xmp on/off
-update bios
-pbo (bios cpu overclock) on/off
-ddr5 turbo (bios) on/off
-freesync on/off
-disabled mpo
-fresh install windows
-rma gpu
-replace psu 850w
-windows hardware accelerated GPU scheduling off
-windows VRR off
-optimization for windowed games off
-windows auto hdr on/off
-monitor hdr on/off
-roll back drivers to 23.11.1

Its knowing issue on some 7800x3d + 7900xtx systems.
Just keep your GPU and CPU downclocked to stock. Max powerlimit on GPU +15 and on cpu curve +10! NO undervolting, also keep em cool. Just this significantly reduces the risk of amd driver crash (DC) But nothing will help get rid of this problem. TY AMD

Roger that, thanks for the reply.  Is that +15/+10 %?  Or +15 voltage(Mv)?

All powersettings must be max (Mv and powerlimits) but clockspeed must be about 2600-2650mhz

Tell if it works for you.
