Please I have a problem.. I have a dell laptop model inspiron 15r.. the device was made in 2015 and has an intel card and an AMD card.
in last june the AMD card update itself ,and once it stopped.. so I had to enter the safe mode and remove the definition of the AMD because the device satisfies it to work again.. and it really works..
The important thing is that I changed and downloaded a new version and registered the AMD update..
I tried to go to the company's website and downloaded an explanation for them, and the same issue happened.
i use driver package app, and I downloaded an old AMD firmware and downloaded it once, it was originally a driver, and for the second time the device stopped and screen freez.
I downloaded the definition from Dell's website.. they have a very old definition of someone who met AMD with Radon.. so can any one help me
