Common PC Freeze/Crash I've been getting

I got a new PC build recently, things have mostly been going well but I have had a few small issues that I have been experiencing:

I sometimes get these PC crashes, most commonly when using OBS Studio, but occasionally just when browsing the internet. These crashes make both of my monitors go black for about one second, before coming back to life, and some applications become unresponsive when this happens (for example, when I'm using OBS Studio, it becomes completely unresponsive and has to be closed via the task manager, whereas the chrome application continues to function). This recently happened when I was watching a YouTube video, and the AMD event log at the time showed the following:

I don't know if this information is useful, I'm not particularly tech literate to this extent so I apologise if this is useless information.

The second, and last, issue I have been getting, is when I turn off my PC when I finish using it, upon turning it back on every time I watch a video/listen to music, or any audio source activates, the volume bar that appears in the top left corner of the screen stays there permanently, this persists until I unplug my microphone and turn it back in, I believe this has something to do with the microphone model (AT2020USB+), but I'm not entirely sure, if anybody has any insight on this please let me know.

So yeah, I'm just wondering if anybody would know the cause for any of these issues, thank you for anyone who takes the time to read this. PC Specs listed below.
