Colors in Windows do not appear correctly on the display. Steps in colors (tested with RTINGS monitor test image) appear blocky and are not smooth at all.
I've tried changing the color depth and format, to no avail.
My system also has a Hackintosh install, and colors appear smooth and correct while booted into it; so, the monitor isn't the issue.

GPU: Radeon RX 560 (running at 4K, DisplayPort 1.4)
Monitor: LG 32UN500-W
CPU: Ryzen 7 1800x
Motherboard: Gigabyte AX370 Gaming K7
BIOS Version: F51h
RAM: 32GB G.SKILL Trident (2 2400mhz, 2 3200mhz because I messed up when ordering RAM)
Operating System & Version: Windows 11 Pro
GPU Drivers: AMD Adrenaline, v22.11.2
