I upgraded my windows 7 to windows 10 and ran into the problem that there are no drivers for the amd radeon hd 7600m series graphics card anywhere. even there is no amd on the site itself and any programs do not install the driver

There is no such thing as a HD 7600 graphics card. That is a series of graphics cards....which one do you have?
