Hello !
I've recently changed some components in my computer (Motherboard/Ram Sticks/CPU) and everything worked fine until I decided to install "AMD Software : Adrenaline Edition" to keep my GPU up-to-date.
Right now, whenever I boot my computer, after a couple seconds when my start-up applications are booting, I have problems with, apparently, AMD.
I have two windows that displays , one after the other :
Apparently, there's a problem with my amdocl64.dll file, if I'm guessing correctly ?
I checked in the folder to see if that file was there : And it is.
Do you guys know how to resolve this issue ?

Apparently my "AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition is version 23.11.1.
Also, I find something very odd : I only have one GPU (The Radeon RX580 Series), but, for the first time since I got that GPU, I have a "second" GPU showing up in my task manager and in CPU-ID HWMonitor called "AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics" coming from.. I don't know where.
So, as a second question, if that's even possible : Do you guys why this is here ?
