clinfo.exe - Entry Point Not Found

The procedure entry point amd_comgr_demangle_symbol_name could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\WINDOWS\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\amdocl.inf_amd64 _4ce80b0e322f6f9b\amdocl64.dll.    I have such a problem when I turn off the computer and half of the programs stopped working. i have seen forums with the same error, but they all do not help. please help me to solve this problem   (2024)

Same problem Here, this problem appeared after I updated my graphics driver. It's concerning now since it's Black screening just awhile ago after I opened my computer for a few seconds. 

I already have reinstalled my graphics driver and fully updated my windows, but the problem still keeps on popping up after a fresh boot.
