Clean install of Windows 11 24H2 fails due to Load Drivers RCbottom.sys error trying to see Raid 1 NVME drive

Upgraded the BIOS to 5020 08/30/2024, and tried to do a fresh install but the Windows install did not see a RAID Drive but seen the 2 individual NVMe 2TB drives and it did see one RAID drive for the SATA drives (3 Sata Drives)

The old RCBottom.sys did not see the NVMe Raid 1 dive nor the individual NVMe drives (2)

Tried the RAID driver's from 5.12.07.030 and was able to see the 2 individual NVMe drives but not the RAID 1 drive

I did not install 24H2 and revert back to 23H2 which works with the RAID 1 NVMe drive
