No computer information to go on nor what you did to try and install the AMD Chipset but generally when you run the AMD Chip set package it creates a C:\AMD Chip set folder in your root directory.
if during the installation you changed the "default' path that might be the reason why you are getting that error.
If you do have it installed in the default path then you should have a AMD Chip Set folder at C:\AMD or C:\AMD CHIPSET.
If you open the folder you can restart the Chip Set installation program manually again.
