hi amd community,

i have a problem about install manager  options.

i cant see catalyst control center on desktop.when i want install again cant see it on selection.

i have sapphire HD5850 Toxic and whql 15.7.1 and 16.2.1 crimson beta they are giving same result.

im on windows 7 x64.

this problem appear in recent past.

i tried uninstall,ddu cleanning amd cleaup utlity,net framework up to date, c++ up to date,sfc scannow, windows up to date...

result didnt change.

i can install driver from device manager showing setup paths.

but i dont see catalyst control center,game evolve etc.

Clean Install AMD Graphics Drivers

** Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 must be fully updated before attempting to install any AMD driver. I just downloaded it, here's what I get after extraction,

just i see on install managers; hdmi audio driver(1MB) and install manager(20MB) at whql

i think install manager dont see my card

no amd control panel on right click

a new progress on thread.

i installed new windows copy on another disk and tried install amd setups

both whql and non whql setups worked correctly.

so my problem is because of windows .

hoqw can i solve it?

i got it.i solved problem.

i reinstalled windows from desktop without reformatting.
