Cannot update the drivers because AMD Adrenalin won't install.

Today I realized that my AMD drivers were not updated and i tried to install Adrenalin, but i got the message in the photo. 
I have Windows 10, proccesor Intel Core i7-1065G7 and Radeon 620.

What driver version is currently installed (look in device manager)?

 

Ryzen 5 5600x, B550 aorus pro ac, Hyper 212 black, 2 x 16gb F4-3600c16dgtzn kit, NM790 2TB, Nitro+RX6900XT, RM850, Win.10 Pro., LC27G55T..
