I recently spoke to Adobe about a feature not working in Photoshop, they said I need to updated my graphics driver. My graphics processor is an AMD Radeon Pro 5500 XT, but I can't seem to find that exact one for iMac.

Same here, both AMD and Apple abandoned the product they sell.

How a product becomes trash in 4 years?

Waste of resources nothing more.
