Cannot boot past POST After Installing Adrenalin 23.4.1 Driver

Hi, earlier today I saw an update was available for my Adrenalin drivers, and I went through with the download & install. Partway though the install however, my computer immediately crashed, and now fails to boot past my computer's POST. After three attempts, windows attempts to go through with automatic repairs, but is unable to fix whatever issue is occurring. However, I am able to boot through safe mode. I have attempted to uninstall & then reinstall the drivers from the AMD website, to no avail to my issue. Notably When I look in my AMD folder, I am able to see multiple versions of both the Adrenalin software, and it's installers as seen here:

I have also ran "sfc /scannow" and "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth" through cmd, however neither have found any issue.

Any help regarding this issue is greatly appreciated.

Update: ran the Adrenalin uninstaller, manually removed the top two folders present in my screenshot of the AMD folder (the two 23.4.1 folders,) and ran the AMD Cleanup Utility to remove any existing driver files, and now I'm able to boot normally into my computer. While as a result I do not currently have any driver software installed, I consider being able to simply boot a good step in the right direction.

If anyone has managed to install the latest version correctly, or is able to access the previous versions of the software, I would love to hear it.

It installed completely normal for me r5 5600, rx 6700 xt, msi b450 tomahawk max.

Not sure if this helps.

Under drivers and software on the download page scroll down to "SLED/SLES 15" right underneath it says previous drivers.
