I understand the benefits of StoreMI, where you combine a PCIE or SSD drive with an HDD. Access to frequently used data will be at PCIE or SSD speeds instead of HDD speeds.
Does StoreMI offer acceleration if you combine a (smaller) PCIE drive with a (larger) SSD drive? Would you access frequently-used data at PCIE speeds and less frequently used data at SSD speeds? Or put another way, for frequently used data would the speed of data access be considerably faster than SSD alone?
