Can't play games in Full screen with Adrenalin 2019

Can't play any game in full screen with the Adrenalin 2019 edition 18.12.2. Windowed games are find. When I start a game, I'll see it for a few secs then my monitor will loss a signal. I can hit the Windows button and it comes back because the desktop is now shown. Destiny 2 seems to run but is constantly loosing signal every few secs. I tried to reset the global settings and that did nothing.

  • Monitor: Asus MX34VQ (3440x1440@100) with freesync
  • GPU: Sapphire Pulse Vega 56
  • VBIOS: 113-376XL-UO2
  • Driver: Adrenalin 2019 edition 18.12.2
  • OS: Windows 10 x64 (17134.471)

Same issue here! Only fix is to enable FreeSync/put Enhanced Sync+FreeSync on. I don't want to do either of these. Might need to DDU and rollback to 18.11. I have seen atleast 100 people with this issue or similar on the web so far. This means it is widespread and might be fixed next update.

At least there is a good amount of people seen with it, means it should get fixed quick. I didn't come across anyone else with the issue so I posted it here. Also filed a bug report.

Still having this issue on 19.1.2. Turning off freesync does fix the issue though. I still rolled back to the 18.1.2
