I have overclocked my graphic card once. And have not changed any bios setting so far. Just formatted my pc and now i cant overclock. This is how it looks like;

This is AMD Smartshift Max's info box;

This is AMD SmartAccess Memory's info box;

i have uploaded graphic drivers already and could not find "Above 4g decoding" or "Resizable bar" option in the bios menu. 

Processor: AMD Ryzen5 3500U

Graphics card: GPU 1 AMD Radeon(TM) Vega 8 Graphics (Primary/Integrated/Hybrid)  GPU2 Radeon540X Series (Discrete/Hybrid)

Ram: 8GB

Have you tried rolling back the Adrenaline driver?
