Can't Live Stream and Instant Replay at the same time ?

Just wondering if I 'm missing anything, some setting or something: I'm trying to Live Stream and also have Instant Replay running...

 

I'm using Instant Replay and Game Recording (local, drive) all the time, there is no problem there - the problem is, can't seem to have Instant Replay running and then do Live Streaming

I cant livestream to youtube or  upload videos to youtube.

Has been like this for 6 months, all happend after a driver update for me. But it dosent work if I go back to an older driver either.
