Can´t install the new Blender Version 1.4 , need the old Version 1.2.0

where can this downloading ?

I have blender in Steam and that is version 2.9
Steam provides it for use with the Steam SDK and Movie maker etc
I don't see any versions that old available. This page has all the ever released versions on it.
