I cannot seem to properly install the drivers for the MSI Radeon RX 570 ARMOR 4G OC on my Windows 10 64-bit system. Device manager keeps giving me the code 43 error and has me stuck on the generic Microsoft Basic Display Adapter. It starts with this message during the installation process:

After a reboot, it shows the following error message when trying to open the AMD Adrenaline software.

These are the steps I have undertaken between attempts:

1. Uninstalled all previous drivers manually, with the AMD Cleanup utility and DDU.
2. Uninstalled and installed in safe mode
3. Disabled Windows updates for drivers both with "Change Device installation settings" and group policy.
4. Turned off firewalls, Windows Defender and unplugged internet
5. Used Device Manager to manually select the driver files. This gives the error 43.
6. Selected drivers in the list Device Manager gives me. The drivers are in the list, but give the error from the first image.
7. Completely disabled Windows Updates

You pretty well covered all the bases, can you reset the cmos on the motherboard?

I know it sounds dumb but believe it or not I've seen it work for some people.
