new system based on ASUS B650E-E motherboard and CPU 7800x3d, fully updated Windows 11. whether I use ASUS CRATE or AMD software I can't install the chipset drivers. I can't even uninstall previous ones if there are any because Windows doesn't find them. The messages that appear are - ASUS CRATE error 1720., AMD dedicated software - your system needs to be updated.
I'm also not able so install.
The message seems to indicate you need to update either your Windows OS or Asus app or both.
Make sure Windows Update is completely updated to the latest updates and download the AMD CHIPSET directly from AMD download page and run it without using Asus Crate app:https://www.amd.com/en/support/chipsets/amd-socket-am5/b650e
Windows and Asus armory crate are completely updated. After a short communication with AMD support, they advise me to install all drivers contained in IODriver folder manually one by one. I succeeded except for one driver - AMD-IOV-WT-Driver - error 1720 occurs.
Release notes state IOV driver not applicable to windows 11.
