Can't install AMD HD Audio bus

I currently need to get audio through HDMI to my TV, but for some reason I can't install the AMD HD Audio bus driver to get my audio through HDMI

You are trying to install with using Windows MSI installer. MSI installer files run depending on conditions and may not install. You should try to use Windows Device Manager. The hardware you are trying to install is at following path.
Device Manager > System devices > High Definition Audio Controller
