I've tried pretty much every solution given. I turned off my firewalls, mobile data on my phone, etc.
YES!!!! its finally working!!! I don't know what AMD did to figure this out because I didn't do a damn thing. This will be an invaluable tool given that some games just don't work too well with Radeon Overlay, like Hitman 2 and Forza Horizon 4, and thats if it works at all.
