INFORMATION REQUIRED WHEN POSTING A QUESTION 

There is no such thing as a HD5700 graphics card. There is a HD5700 SERIES of cards...which do you have?

AMD Drivers and Support for Radeon, Radeon Pro, FirePro, APU, CPU, Ryzen, desktops, laptops

Download GPU-Z and use its 'Lookup' button.

I believe that card is in legacy status so if you are by chance running WIndows 10, the driver Windows installs automatically would be the only driver available.
