Can't enable ReLive on Ryzen 3 3200G

I am running a Ryzen 3 3200G with the integrated Radeon Vega 8 graphics. I updated the Radeon Software to version 22.3.1 and got a new notification that I have never seen before. It says: "Radeon ReLive has been successfully installed and can be enabled in AMD Software: Adrenaline Edition."

When I click on it, an empty window appears labeled "Getting Started" with a gray and a red button at the bottom, but there is no other text. The buttons aren't working and I also can't close the small window by clicking on the X only with closing the entire app or switching to other tabs like the settings.

Looks like a bug in the driver package.

Radeon Relive isn't available on GPUs with 2GB or less  or vRAM.

Generally most APU's Maximum vRAM is 2GB or less:

Are there Video RAM requirements for using the Record & Stream feature?

Yes, Record & Stream is not supported on systems with 2GB VRAM memory or less.
