I've had a 7900xtx since about September with no issues. I've been able to game at 1440p 240hz but all of sudden it's stuck at 170hz and not sure why or when that happened. I found this post https://community.amd.com/t5/drivers-software/7900-xtx-only-showing-144hz-not-170hz/m-p/5791 where people were having the exact same issue and it turned out to be a driver issue. Could this be the same thing? Is anyone else reporting this?
My current driver version is 23.12.1so it's definitely up to date. Any suggestions on what this could be or recommendations to fix it?
You can disregard this. I was able to figure it out. It was an issue on my end. The DP on the monitor wasn't plugged all the way in which I didn't notice because they're mounted on the wall.
