Should pop up using your shortcut keys which is ctrl shift r if its activated in the control panel. all I do just patchy on updates so gfar using the 17.12.1 drivers atm as I had problem with this years drivers. It hangs a bit depending on drivers used it will pop up in the top corners & timer comes up in your left hand corne if its running its recording. You can change your short cut keys to suit preference tho I havnt done it yet.
