I'm trying to stream to twitch.tv using my radeon software. If I turn on my webcam, it will show up fine on my stream as long as I have it set to also appear on my monitor. If set it to appear "in video only", on the stream it will sort of glitch out, skipping back and forth between frames. Here is a clip of it happening:
I have not found anyone with an answer to this issue so far, I hope you guys can help me (I have updated my graphics drivers already and reinstalled multiple times).
