Just 10 minutes ago a new update for MW2 was released. I installed it, then this message came up. That no DXGI adapter was found. Please make sure AMD software/hardware is running.

I get the same problem after I update the game.

I had the same problem.  I had to rollback the driver to an old one then reinstall the new one.  It then worked

got the same problem right now, i upgraded to 22.10.3 but have no succes

The problem I have is that when I switch to ultra or extreme settings, the game insta crashes. I have a 6900xt and it's not even using half my Vram. I've tried all sorts of things, but it seems that I'll have to accept playing on lower settings until whatever is causing it gets fixed.

The same message is received with Nvidia graphics...this seems like a issue with the game update not the graphics. Strange thing is Nvidia released a driver update today to "address issues with MW2

I fixed it by running the game "scan and repair"...it went through a couple of repairs and all is well.

All you have to do is run the game 'scan and repair'..
